(Summary description)Job responsibilities:</br>

1. Responsible for the development of daily office order within the department, directing, coordinating and supervising the work of subordinates;</br>

2. Participate in the recruitment and screening of personnel in this department and request the dismissal of unqualified employees;</br>

3. The management and training department personnel should master professional work skills and perform their work duties;</br>

4. Set monthly/quarter/annual sales targets for department personnel and customer development and maintenance plans;</br>

5. Participate in the formulation of the department’s annual work plan, and regularly check the work progress of the department’s employees;</br>

6. Distribute departmental work reasonably and coordinate the division of labor with other departments;</br>

7. Responsible for coordinating with the preparation of bid documents, the layout of the overall bid documents, printing, copying, and binding, and completing the bidding documents within the specified time;</br>

8. Complete other tasks assigned by superiors;</br>

Job requirements:</br>

1. Bachelor degree or above in marketing, economics, business administration and other related majors;</br>

2. More than 5 years of marketing management experience in medium and large companies, market resources are preferred;</br>

3. Strong sense of responsibility, carefulness and conscientiousness, strong communication and business skills, and good teamwork skills!
